01. Wastewater

Implement the separation of rainwater and sewage, the separation of clean water and sewage, and the separation of quality. The roof rainwater in the factory area is discharged overhead, and there are no drainage outlets for rainwater and clean water; After collection, all cooling water and steam condensate are reused for production; The total investment is about 30 million yuan, and a set of sewage pre-treatment (physicochemical+biochemical) with a treatment capacity of 6000t/d and a set of 2000t/d reclaimed water reuse treatment system have been built. After the pre-treatment meets the standards, some of the production wastewater is discharged into Jiangbin Water Treatment Co., Ltd. After being treated to meet the standards, it is discharged; Part of the water is reused for printing and dyeing production after deep treatment, and the water reuse rate meets the specified requirements.

02. Waste gas

Fixed exhaust gas:All the steam required for the molding machine is provided by Binhai Thermal Power, and the generated molding waste gas is collected and treated by a "water spray+indirect cooling+electrostatic" device before reaching the standard discharge (with a total investment of approximately 8.5 million yuan).

Other exhaust gases:The regulating tank and sludge tank of the sewage treatment station are covered, and the sludge warehouse is sealed. A total of 2 sets of "acid alkali liquid spraying" secondary odor treatment devices are installed, and the generated odor is collected and treated before reaching the standard for discharge; A separate set of alkali spray waste gas treatment device is installed in the dye weighing room; The desizing machine is equipped with an acid alkali secondary spray waste gas treatment device, and each desizing machine is equipped with a separate set of waste gas collection and treatment device.

03. Noise

All noise generating equipment is equipped with shockproof, noise reduction, and sound insulation measures.

04. Solid waste

Enterprises should standardize the temporary storage sites for hazardous waste and general solid waste, do a good job in the classification, collection, comprehensive utilization, and disposal of solid waste, and strictly prevent secondary pollution.
Set one 1000m ³ Emergency pool for accidents. The standardized exhaust emission outlets have been set up, with online monitoring devices installed and connected to local environmental protection departments. Sampling platforms, sampling ports, and signboards have been set up.
