The year 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC. In order to implement the requirements of higher party organizations on party building and promote the in-depth development of party building, the General Party Branch of Nanyang Dyeing and Weaving held an enlarged meeting of all party members on June 17. All party members, workshop director or above cadres, safety supervisors, and all personnel from the headquarters attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Comrade Li Hailin, Secretary of the General Party Branch. The meeting specifically invited Ge Meifang, the former Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, to give a keynote speech on the theme of "The Spirit of Surrounding the Paintings Forever Shines", giving a vivid lesson to all attendees.

Comrade Ge Meifang combined videos, pictures, and historical materials to explain the historical background of the spirit of besieging and besieging the river, making the present personnel understand the difficulties of managing the besieging and besieging the river.
